We source applewood from orchards across Idaho and meticulously select, cut and split only the highest quality Apple trees. Applewood is a hardwood and one of the most popular choices for wood fired cooking enthusiasts. If you have a pizza oven, offset smoker, backyard grill or any other form of cooking with wood this is an excellent wood choice.
